FOUNDING MEMBERSHIPS
Your Founding Membership rate is valid for the duration of your initial subscription. If you cancel this and renew at any time, your subscription will be charged at the current rate at which the membership is being advertised, which will likely be more than the original founding members rate.
PAYMENTS AND DEFAULTS
If we are unable to process your payment, you will receive an automatic email to let you know. Access to the membership may be paused until outstanding payments are resolved. If we contact you and receive no response after 7 days, then the membership and access to the portal and other services and benefits will be cancelled.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
All materials, masterclasses and resources are provided within Collision: The Membership are for your personal use only. You may print or save copies for yourself, but redistribution, sharing, or uploading of content to third-party platforms is strictly prohibited under copyright law. Login details must not be shared with others.
DISCLAIMER
The content provided within this membership is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice, whether medical, psychological, legal, or financial. Members are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance for specific concerns.
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results from your participation in the membership and disclaim any liability related to your use of the materials or services provided.

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to the membership and community at any time, for any reason, including violations of these policies or the Community Guidelines.
REFUNDS
If you find that Collision: The Membership isn’t the right fit, you can cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] Once your refund is processed, your access to the Membership portal and Facebook Community will be revoked. Refunds are only available for first-time purchases made within the 7-day guarantee window and do not apply to subscription renewals.
CANCELLATION
After the initial 7-day period, you may cancel your subscription renewal at any time. Cancelling prevents further payments from being taken when your subscription period ends. You will have full access to both the Training Portal and Facebook community until the end of your current subscription period.
Collision: The Membership COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
We’ve created Collision: The Membership to be a supportive, inclusive space where members can connect, learn, and grow. By joining, you agree to follow these guidelines:
1. BE RESPECTFUL AND SUPPORTIVE
This is a safe and inclusive space. Disrespectful, critical, or judgmental comments will not be tolerated.
2. NO PROMOTION OR SOLICITATION OUTSIDE OF SPECIFIED CHANNELS
This group is for learning and collaboration, not for self-promotion. Soliciting members for services, sales, or other opportunities is not allowed unless through the relevant advertising routes provided.
3. PROTECT PRIVACY
What’s shared in this group stays in the group. Respect the confidentiality of fellow members and do not share content or discussions externally.
4. NO MEDICAL ADVICE
All discussions are for support and education. Any advice shared by members is not a substitute for professional guidance and should be taken at your own discretion. MCS (North West) Ltd trading as Collision: The Membership does not hold itself responsible and is not liable for any agreement between members of this community or outside this community.
5. POST AND MESSAGE MINDFULLY
Share messages that contribute to the membership goals. Avoid excessive messaging or sharing irrelevant content. This is the same for the advertising opportunities - to get the most out of these opportunities it is recommended that you post a mixture of value adding content, rapport building content and advertising. It is not recommended that all your posts and messages be sales related.
6. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR HATE SPEECH OR BULLYING
Any behavior deemed as bullying, discrimination, or hate speech will result in immediate removal from the group chat and potentially the membership.
7. COMMUNITY INTEGRITY
Do not create or promote spin-off groups or communities without prior approval. This is not inline with the ethos of this community.
LEGAL NOTES (UK-SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE)
As a UK-based business, we adhere to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase if services have not been fully accessed or consumed.
- Refunds beyond this period are offered per the policies outlined above.
By joining, you agree to these terms and indemnify MCS (North West) Ltd trading as Collision: The Membership from any liability related to your participation in the membership or community.
