Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to The AUTHORity® Mastermind and The AUTHORity® Mastermind VIP, provided by The Easiest Choice Publishing. By completing your purchase you agree to them.

1. The programme

The AUTHORity® Mastermind is a 12-month group programme starting in November 2026. It includes the coaching, co-writing sessions, group sessions and support described on the programme page at the time you join. Session dates and formats may be adjusted where needed to support the group.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for writing your own manuscript and for the accuracy, originality and legality of its content.

Mastermind members are responsible for publishing their own book, using the process taught during the programme.

VIP members hand their completed manuscript to The Easiest Choice Publishing, who will manage the professional editing and publication process. You remain responsible for your content and for approving decisions about your book within the timescales given.

3. Payment

All prices are shown plus VAT. You can pay in full or by 12 monthly payments.

If you choose the payment plan, you are committing to the full programme fee and agree to make all 12 payments, even if you stop taking part in the programme.

Early bird prices are available for a limited number of places only and cannot be applied after purchase.

4. No refunds

You are responsible for your own work. As a result, no refunds will be issued.

5. Publication timeline

The programme is designed so that members can be published by the end of 2027. Your timeline depends on you completing your manuscript, and you may publish on your own timeline as and when your book is ready.

6. Promotion and marketing

We cannot guarantee a bestselling book. You are responsible for the promotion and marketing of your own work.

7. Inclusivity and respect

Contributions to group discussions, both spoken and written, should be inclusive and respectful of diverse perspectives. Confidentiality must be observed. Any content deemed inappropriate or offensive will not be accepted.

8. Ending your membership

The Easiest Choice Publishing reserves the right to end the membership of anyone who breaks these terms or behaves in a way that is detrimental to the group or the programme. Any outstanding payments remain due.

9. Disputes

Any disputes or disagreements will be resolved amicably through negotiation and, if necessary, through legal means in accordance with the applicable laws.

10. Changes to these terms

By agreeing and submitting your details, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Easiest Choice Publishing reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary.
