They each write a chapter on what they’re best at. You write the foreword & chapter 1. I do absolutely everything else, from the first training session to the bestseller banners on launch day.
You don’t edit anything. You don’t chase anyone. You don’t handle a single payment. You don’t need to know the first thing about publishing.
Nine months later there’s a book on Amazon with your name & co on the front, twenty people in your community who are now published authors because of you, and a launch week where every one of them is telling their audience about it.

It costs you nothing
I want to be straight about how this works, because people assume there’s a catch.
Your members pay for their own place
£497 + VAT each, exactly the same as any author in any of my books. They pay me directly. I create a custom sales page for your project & they pay through this link.
You decide what to do with the sales royalties from the book
The book is published on your own Amazon KDP account (I can help with set-up if you don't already have one). The royalties from book sales go to you, and you can decide what to do with them, although most lead authors donate them to charity.

- Draft feedback on every chapter
- A full professional edit and proofread of the whole book

- Publication on Amazon worldwide, Kindle and paperback, positioned in the right categories
- A PR campaign, with a template every author can personalise and training on how to use it
- A launch kit. Graphics, captions, a launch plan, a private author group and a launch week
- All the admin. The payments, the chasing, the deadlines, the questions at eleven at night

1. We have a conversation
Half an hour on whether your community is right for this and what the book would be.
2. We agree the concept and the title
Your book, your name, so it has to be something you’d want your name on.
3. You tell your community
I provide a sales page with all of the info and payment links for those wanting to join us.
4. They take their places
They pay me directly and I look after all of it.
5. Kick-off, then four months of writing
The training first, then three co-writing sessions a week for as long as they need them.
6. Five months of editing, design and publication
My part. You and your members get on with your businesses.
7. Launch week, PR and your name on Amazon
All of you push at once, and we go for number one.
