The proceeds from the book (the profit made from book sales) will be donated to a charity which we will discuss and agree on together. What better way than to continue the positive ripple effect of the book than by donating the profits to a worthy cause!

The project will be run Lyndsey Meredith. For those of you who don't know Lyndsey- she is a Number 1 Best Selling Author, has run several successful projects of this kind and is also our Editor and Publisher. 

Terms and Conditions for Collaboration Books

1. Submission Guidelines:

   - All contributors must adhere to the provided submission guidelines.

   - Content should be original.

2. Editing and Publication:

   - The editorial team reserves the right to edit and format contributions for consistency and clarity.

   - Contributors will be notified of any substantial changes before publication.

3. Copyright and Ownership:

   - Contributors retain the copyright to their individual contributions.

   - By submitting, contributors grant the right to publish and distribute their work in the collaboration book.

4. Payment Plans and No Refunds:

   - Due to the collaborative nature of the project, no refunds will be issued.
   - If choosing  to pay via a payment plan you must make payments on time or you will be exited from the project with no refunds. 

5. Publication Timeline:

   - The publication timeline is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances, but every effort will be made to adhere to the proposed schedule.

6. Promotion and Marketing:

   - Contributors commit to promote the collaboration book through their personal networks.

   - The editorial team will also engage in promotional efforts to maximise exposure.

7. Inclusivity and Respect:

   - Contributions should be inclusive and respectful of diverse perspectives.

   - Any content deemed inappropriate, or offensive will not be accepted.

8. Collaboration Commitment:

   - Contributors are expected to actively engage in the collaboration process, including responding to editorial queries and participating in promotional activities.

9. Termination of Collaboration:

   - The editorial team reserves the right to terminate collaboration with any contributor who violates the terms and conditions or engages in conduct deemed detrimental to the project.

10. Dispute Resolution

    - Any disputes or disagreements will be resolved amicably through negotiation and, if necessary, through legal means in accordance with the applicable laws.

By joining the project contributors acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The editorial team reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary.

Subject to all co-authors being in place we plan to commence the project in April and publish in October 2025.
